Admission Process

Visa Processing 

(For International Students Only)

STEP 1

Our registrar will submit the application for your E-VAL via the EMGS online portal upon receiving all documents stated in the Visa Checklist and the visa processing fee.

STEP 2

You are advised to request an application ID from our registrar to self-monitor the processing progress of your visa application online.

STEP 3

Upon approval of the application, you will receive your E-VAL via email from our registrar.

STEP 4

Kindly print out your E-VAL and visit the nearest Malaysian Embassy/Consulate to obtain a Single-Entry Visa.

STEP 5

Now it's time to purchase your flight ticket and plan your journey to Malaysia. You are required to complete the Airport Pickup Form and send it to our registrar for our arrangements.

STEP 6

Once you arrive at the Malaysian airport, please present all documents stated in the Arrival Checklist at the immigration counter. Afterward, you will be required to wait at the Student Waiting Lounge for our staff to process your immigration clearance and arrange for your transport to our academy and completion of the post-medical check-up.
